Your personal data are collected and processed by the Luxembourg Red Cross service Psy-jeunes in order to respond to your requests, to organise and manage your care properly if necessary (planning of psychological follow-up, elaboration of the diagnosis, financial support) and to draft annual reports.
In accordance with the law, the Luxembourg Red Cross service Psy-jeunes only collects data necessary for the execution of its missions. This is generally data that you have communicated to us. The data collected through the registration form is only kept if you are going to follow a therapy and is added to your file. Otherwise, the form is destroyed as soon as the annual report is completed.
Other personal data collected during the course of therapy is kept for a period of 10 years from the last contact with you.
Your data is treated confidentially and is only shared with third parties where this is useful, necessary and in accordance with the law. These third parties may include the relevant authorities such as the National Children’s Office where your therapy is in their care. In general, you will always be informed precisely with which authorities the information is shared.
Your data may also be accessible to service providers, especially in the case of IT outsourcing. In the latter case, we ensure that your data is stored and processed within the European Union.
