A flexible wellbeing concept
The CIPA in Junglinster provides a living environment suited to senior citizens. Every resident is provided with the right environment for a life in dignity – all of which in the best company and, where necessary, with a level of care adapted to their needs.
At the CIPA, pensioners can organise their lives as they see fit. Our 100 single rooms are bright, and some have a balcony. In addition to basic furniture, they can be individually equipped with the residents’ own furniture. Small pets are also welcome. What makes the CIPA special is that residents stay on the basis of a rental contract. This can be terminated at any time, or the residents can choose to spend the rest of their life in Junglinster if they wish.
This flexible concept is consistent with CIPA philosophy. The key words are well-being and openness, which together make for the best living conditions possible. Residents – as well as their visitors – can come and go as they please. CIPA is an integral part of local life in Junglinster. Citizens’ events take place in the invitingly designed rooms. And the restaurant, which deliberately focuses on regional products, is open to everyone.
CIPA also attaches particular importance to joint activities. Group activities such as art courses or cooking activities ensure that no one gets bored. In addition, celebrations, concerts, film screenings and outings are regularly on the agenda. Joint activities with members of the residents’ families are also offered.
Even when nothing “special” is on the agenda, socialising is not neglected: the winter garden, the main garden and terraces, the café and several common rooms offer space for relaxed get-togethers with families, friends and acquaintances. And for active well-being, a wellness area as well as a gym and a meditation room are available.
Arrangements can be flexible when it comes to medical care also. CIPA residents can either continue to rely on their own family doctor or take advantage of weekly visits from local doctors. Service is also important beyond medical care: a cleaning and laundry service is available, and all rooms are equipped with an emergency call system.
