The Jugendwunnen+ Arboria service is aimed at young adults aged between 18 and 27 who are making the transition to independent, self-sufficient living and are experiencing housing-related difficulties. The aim of the service is to help them make the transition to stable accommodation. To be eligible for the service, young people must be able to live partially independently, have a concrete life project (such as training, study or employment) and have an income (such as school maintenance, apprenticeship allowances, Cedies or a salary).
A transition to stable accommodation is essential for the young people benefiting from Jugendwunnen+. An individual studio flat at a very low rent is made available to them.
The building, located in the south of the country, offers 36 flats spread over three floors, three of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility and four of which are designed for single-parent families. Each flat is fully furnished and has a kitchen and bathroom.
This programme is for young adults who want to live independently as part of their life project, and who are prepared to work with the staff to achieve their personal goals. They receive administrative and educational support according to their needs.
